What is different and new at Bonsum?

Data protection:

For participation in the Bonsum Program, which is operated by Bonsum UG (haftungsbeschränkt) (hereinafter referred to as "Bonsum"), the following data protection notes apply.

1. Your data, not ours!

If you would like to participate in the Bonsum program, only an e-mail address, a freely selectable username and a password ("master data") will be required to open an account. These master data are submitted directly to Bonsum or, at the time of registration via a partner at Bonsum, this is transmitted to Bonsum. When you collect bonuses, we do everything we can to generate as little data as possible. Thus, only the data is collected and sent by the partner to Bonsum, which is absolutely necessary to credit the bonnets on your account (transaction data). Transaction data is your e-mail address or participant identification, the number of bonuses or the turnover made, the date of the booking as well as the identification of the partner and the promotion in which you participated. If you participate in other services such as "Bonsumer des Monats", Bonsum also collects some information about you and your interests ("voluntary data"). This information is voluntary and comes from you. When redeeming bonuses, Bonsum does not record an address.

2. Use of your data for individual offers, advertising and market research / buyer profiles

We do not create buyer profiles and never share your data with third parties. Likewise, you will not find any marketing services on our site compared to other providers. This is because we do not use your data for marketing purposes.

3. No transmission of your data to third parties

We guarantee that no personal data will be passed on or sold to third parties outside our platform.

4. Deletion of the data

The data of a participant stored at Bonsum will be deleted if they are no longer required for the execution of the program or for the fulfillment of legal obligations.

5. E-mails from and in Europe

We use mailjet to send and receive all our e-mails. This is a European alternative to US providers. The data are hosted on the largest and safest hosting company in Europe and the fourth largest worldwide (Netcraft January 2012). The system used complies with the 'Safe Harbor' guidelines of the EU Data Protection Directive. Bonsum remains the owner of the data associated with our user account, including the transaction and customer data. Mailjet offers only the service and ensures the integrity of your data. Automatic encrypted backups are used to ensure that your online data is always secure and complete.

6. Use of social plugins

6.1. Facebook On our pages, plugins from the social network Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA are integrated. The Facebook plugins you can recognize on the Facebook logo or the "Like" on our page. You can find an overview of the Facebook plugins here: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/. If you click the "Like" button while you are logged into your Facebook account, you can link the content of our pages to your Facebook profile. This allows Facebook to associate the visit of our pages to your user account. We would like to point out that as a provider of the pages we are not aware of the content of the transmitted data as well as their use by Facebook. For more information, see the Facebook privacy policy at http://de-en.facebook.com/policy.php. If you do not want Facebook to associate the visit of our pages to your Facebook user account, just do not click on it. 6.2. YouTube On our sites, videos from YouTube are included. We only allow you to connect to YouTube. YouTube is a service provided by Google Inc. The purpose and scope of Google's data collection and use, as well as your rights and opportunities to protect you as a YouTube customer, are subject to YouTube's privacy policy at http://www.youtube.com/t/privacy.

7. Data protection for customers regarding webtracking

Bonsum takes the protection of your personal data very seriously and we adhere to the rules of the data protection laws. 7.1. Data collected for webtracking Our website deliberately does not use Google Analytics from the US but the European alternative Piwik, which is a so-called web analytics service. Piwik uses so-called "cookies", which are text files which are stored on your computer and which, for our part, allow an analysis of the use of the website. For this purpose, the usage information generated by the cookie (including your shortened IP address) is transferred to our server and stored for purposes of analysis purposes, which is used by our website optimization. Your IP address will be immediately anonymised during this process so that you remain anonymous to us as a user. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website will not be passed on to third parties. You can prevent the use of cookies by means of an appropriate setting of your browser software, however, it may be that in this case you may not be able to fully use all the functions of this website and we can not assign bonuses to you. If you do not agree with the storage and evaluation of this data from your visit, you can always object to the storage and usage at the click of a mouse. In this case, an opt-out cookie is stored in your browser, which means that Piwik does not collect any session data. Attention: If you delete cookies, this also means that the opt-out cookie is also deleted and, if necessary, must be activated again by you. You can decide here whether a unique web analytics cookie may be stored in your browser in order to enable the operator of the website to collect and analyze various statistical data to optimize their use. Click here to set a cookie for Piwik to ignore your visits on www.netstatz.de. 7.2. IP address The IP address is transmitted at each server request, so the server knows where the response must be sent. The IP address is assigned to each of an Internet service provider (ISP) as soon as it connects to the Internet and the ISP can understand which IP address was assigned to which of its customers at which time. As long as the IP address is stored, the identity of the connection owner can theoretically be determined by means of the ISP's detour. We and our statistical service providers therefore only store the IP address in an anonymous form and use it only for session detection and for the defense of attacks. The IP address is then immediately deleted again, so that the acquired data are then anonymous and even the ISP can not be assigned to the identity of the user. 7.3. cookies Our website uses at several locations so-called cookies. They are used to assign bonuses to your purchases. Cookies are small text files which are stored on your computer and which your browser saves. Cookies do not contain any personal data. This data is not merged with other data sources. Most of the cookies we use are so-called "session cookies", which are deleted when they terminate your browser session. In addition, there are some long-lasting cookies by which we recognize you as a visitor. Cookies do not damage your computer and contain no viruses. The following cookies are set: · Session cookie (for session detection, lifetime: one session) · Long-term cookie (for detection of new / regular customer, lifetime: 6 months) · Opt-out cookie (in case of objection to tracking, lifetime: 60 months) · Opt-in cookie (to extend the long-term cookie, lifetime: 12 months) In your browser settings, you can specify whether cookies may be set or not. 7.4. Revocation when using cookies According to § 15 of the Telemediengesetz (German Telemedia Act), visitors to the website can object to pseudo-anonymised visitor data so that they are no longer collected (recorded) on this website. 7.5. Consent to extended cookie usage Our statistical service provider uses so-called long-term cookies when you visit our Internet pages. This makes it possible to recognize you when visiting our website again. Recognition takes place with these cookies to optimize the contents of our website. By default, we only allow cookies with a maximum duration of 6 months. For a long time
